Nick meets you at the property. We assess the site, understand your vision, and ask the right questions.
03. Detailed Design & Scope Consultation

A full written proposal and fixed-price agreement, with clear milestones and a payment schedule. We handle or coordinate DA and CDC approvals where required.
05. Construction Commencement
Our local team on-site from day one. Regular progress updates and a finished result that meets the brief exactly.

What makes an outdoor space usable year-round?
The building behind it. A roof or louvred system for sun and rain, proper drainage, and power and gas run to where you need them. That is what turns a fine-weather area into a genuine second living space.
Can you build an outdoor kitchen with gas and plumbing?
Yes. Outdoor kitchens are a builder’s job. We run and certify the gas, water and power in-house so the space works exactly as a kitchen should.
Do I need council approval?
It depends on what you’re building. Some outdoor structures are exempt; roofed or larger builds may need a CDC or DA. We’ll tell you what applies and handle or coordinate the approval.
Can you combine a deck, alfresco and kitchen in one project?
Yes, and it’s the most considered way to do it. Designing the whole outdoor space under one contract keeps the elements working together and reduces both cost and disruption.
How long does an outdoor project take?
It depends on scope, but you’ll have a realistic timeline before we begin, not an optimistic one to win the work, and regular updates throughout.
