Why does waterproofing matter so much?
Because everything else depends on it. A finish can look flawless and still fail within a year if the waterproofing beneath it wasn’t done and certified properly. It’s the part we never cut a corner on.
Can you change the bathroom layout?
Yes. Relocating fixtures, borrowing space from an adjoining room or reconfiguring the layout is work we do as a licensed builder, not just a re-tile of what is already there.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathrooms run a few weeks on site, with waterproofing and drying times built into the schedule. You’ll have a realistic timeline before we begin and updates throughout.
Can I renovate two bathrooms at once?
Yes, and it’s often more efficient to do so under a single contract, one mobilisation, one coordinated trade sequence, and less disruption overall.
Can the bathroom be done as part of a larger renovation?
Absolutely. Many of our projects fold bathrooms into wider works under one contract, which reduces both cost and disruption compared with staging the work later.
