Submit your project details. Nick personally reviews every enquiry and responds within 24 hours.
02. Initial Onsite Consultation
Nick meets you at the property. We assess the site, understand your vision, and ask the right questions.
03. Detailed Design & Scope Consultation
04. Proposal & Approvals
A full written proposal and fixed-price agreement, with clear milestones and a payment schedule. We handle or coordinate DA and CDC approvals where required.
05. Construction Commencement
Our local team on-site from day one. Regular progress updates and a finished result that meets the brief exactly.

Can you carry out an extension and a renovation together?
Yes, and it is often the most considered approach. Many of our projects combine an extension with a kitchen or bathroom renovation under a single contract; which reduces both cost and disruption compared with staging the work over time.
Do I need an architect or plans before enquiring?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with an idea and a budget, nothing more. We will talk you through what is realistic and, where needed, connect you with the right architect or designer.
What is your minimum project value?
We focus on renovations and extensions from a minimum project value of $20,000, with most projects considerably larger. If your needs sit below this, we are glad to point you toward someone better suited.
Do you manage council approvals?
Yes. Whether your project requires a CDC or a full DA, we handle or coordinate the approvals process so you are not left navigating council alone.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope, but you will receive a realistic timeline before we begin, not an optimistic one to win the work, and regular updates throughout the build.
