Submit your project details. Nick personally reviews every enquiry and responds within 24 hours.
02. Initial Onsite Consultation
Nick meets you at the property. We assess the site, understand your vision, and ask the right questions.
03. Detailed Design & Scope Consultation
04. Proposal & Approvals
A full written proposal and fixed-price agreement, with clear milestones and a payment schedule. We handle or coordinate DA and CDC approvals where required.
05. Construction Commencement
Our local team on-site from day one. Regular progress updates and a finished result that meets the brief exactly.

Do I need plans or an architect before enquiring?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with a block and an idea, nothing more. We’ll talk you through what’s realistic and, where needed, connect you with the right architect or designer.
Can you build on a sloping or difficult site?
Yes. Complex blocks are where our experience shows most. We plan excavation, retaining, drainage and access properly before a slab is poured, so the difficult part is solved on paper first.
Do you handle knockdown rebuilds?
We do. We manage the demolition, approvals and rebuild under a single contract, so replacing an existing home is one coordinated project rather than several.
Do you manage council approvals?
Yes. Whether your build requires a CDC or a full DA, we handle or coordinate the approvals process so you’re not left navigating council alone.
How long does a new home take to build?
It depends on size and site, but you’ll receive a realistic construction timeline before we begin, not an optimistic one to win the work, and regular updates throughout.
